By visiting or purchasing from PureCopper.in, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or accessing with parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, actual color and finish of copper products may vary slightly from screen depictions due to display settings and the natural character of handcrafted copper. Copper is a living metal — minor variations in texture and tone are not defects but marks of authenticity.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order. Orders are confirmed only upon payment processing and a confirmation email from us. Cancellations after order acceptance may not be accommodated. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final price. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 3–7 business days) and are not guaranteed. Once handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or events beyond our control.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs to sales.adroitindia@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on PureCopper.in — including brand name, product descriptions, images, and copy — is the property of Adroit India. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

PureCopper.in is built on Shopify. All transactions are directly with Adroit India. Shopify is not a party to any sale and bears no responsibility for products, delivery, or disputes.
