Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos sent to sales.adroitindia@gmail.com.

We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
