SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. International shipping is not available at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or local disruptions are beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- ₹60 flat rate on orders below ₹499
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes across India. COD orders above ₹1,500 may require advance confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the delivery address is unserviceable.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email us at sales.adroitindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
